| A: Yes, we usually have them on hand but please ask before you buy. |

| A: About 24 hours between the hours. |

| Q: How long does it take to deliver a Dedicated Game Server ? |
| A: Usually next business day but we keep popular configurations ready to deliver. |

| Q: What happens if I forget to pay my hosting ? |
| A: Your server will be turned off. If 48 hours lapse after the server has been turned |
| off it will be formated and re-sold |

| A: On a dedicated server we will NOT. On game slots we will backup the server |
| every day. |

| Q: Can I try a server before I buy ? |
| A: There are demo servers avaliable on the home page of the website. Some slots |
| allow for a 24 hour trial. |

| Q: Can more than one person pay for a server ? |
| A: Yes, in your customer area more than one person can pay for a server. |

| Q: What if I totally screw up my server? |
| A: For dedicated servers you are allowed 1 conplete reinstall per month. Additional reinstalls are $15.00 each. |
