How Many Players ?

Determining how many players you can get on your server is really a matter of processing power and memory. Consult your game documentation to determine your required processor speed. If you get it wrong and your server isn't powerful enough you can upgrade the server by paying the difference in setup fees and hosting.

I Screwed it up, can you re-install the Operating System ?

Your allowed 1 free rebuild per month. It's very common to request a rebuild. When your hosting your web application and things get weird, a rebuild is sometimes the best way to get things on track.
